The Parish Council began to think about the festive season at their recent meeting with discussions taking place about the village Christmas tree. The tree will be erected at the beginning of December and the lights will be turned on by children from the school.
Councillors also discussed Remembrance Day. As last year, two wreaths will be laid in Church followed by a short service at the village cross (village green) to which everyone is invited.
