5 VILLAGE LENGTHSMAN 
To decide - jobs to be done in the coming month.
To consider the hire of a waste bin following the closure of Claughton waste recycling centre (for use by the lengthsman)

6 GROUNDS MAINTENANCE (note 1)
To consider grounds maintenance for the coming year.
To consider quotes received for grass cutting.

7 BUS SHELTER (MARSH CLOSE)
To consider quotes received for the repair of the bus shelter and decide on a timetable for work.

8 MEETING DATES (note 3)
To approve meeting dates for the coming year.

9 TRAINING
To consider attendance on the Finance workshop – 8th February 2012, 7pm – 9pm, Howick House, Penwortham
