11/086 MINUTES of the previous meeting held Wednesday 13th July 2011 were
not signed.
11/087 DECLARATION OF INTERESTS
Cllr Fearnley declared a personal interest in agenda item 4 (planning)
It was RESOLVED that the meeting be adjourned to listen to representations from the public: -

11/088 PLANNING MATTERS
Cllr Fearnley declared a personal interest – 11/087.
Planning Applications: -
Mr Russell Kirkby, Agricultural land west of Gt Crimbles, Gulf Lane, Cockerham. (11/00511/FUL)
Erection of a free range poultry building and formation of a hardstanding area.
After very lengthy discussion a vote was taken resulting in 4:3 in favour of supporting this application.
It was therefore RESOLVED to support this application but a note be made to City Planners to request that all existing issues on this site be addressed accordingly before a formal decision is made.
